Meditation One way to cleanse your aura is to “mentally” clear it with meditation. Sitting or laying down comfortably during your meditation as you envision a bright healing light, usually white light, surrounding you. Imagine the light cleansing your mind, emotions, body, and spirit. Releasing any negative energy that you may have picked up, absorbed from others, or held on to from past situations; and encircling yourself within a bubble of protective light around you. Adding a layer on top of purple, silver, and purple. The purple helps to break up the vibes as it hits the silver to reflect. As it reflects it goes back through the purple and is transmuted into positive feeling vibes. This works for energy being sent towards you and energy you may be projecting outwards. (Especially useful in emotionally difficult situations)
Cleanse with Elements You can use many elements, I am going to share water today. Water can do more than just cleanse the physical body, it can also cleanse your energetic body. Water in nature is a wonderful way to cleanse your aura, but you can also cleanse your aura at home in the tub or shower. Soaking in salt water is a great way to cleanse your aura. You can soak in an Epsom salt or Himalayan salt bath, swim in the ocean, or a special body of water to you. Walking outside in the rain, letting a waterfall wash over you, or playing in the snow. Gazing at water or just spending time near a creek, waterfall, or fountain can help change the way your aura and energy are responding.
Using elements: Smudging can be done with herbs, oils, elements, crystals, and healing work. One of the most used 1st level smudging tools is Dried sage, copaiba, or palo santo. These can be used to cleanse your aura and home. Burn a bundle of dried sage or a stick of palo santo and move the smoke over every part of you. The smoke changes the ions and will cleanse your energy field. Sweetgrass can also be burned after cleansing to invite healing, loving, sweet energy. You can use Essential oils on your body or in a diffuser to smudge. Make a grid out of stones/crystals and or herbs/spices. Use Some crystals & stones within your space for maintenance. Metals and statues are also used to change the energy within a space or on your body.
I call this the 1st level because it is similar to wanting to cleanse your hands when no soap, water, or sanitizer is around. You use something to wipe off the hands, which is like smudging.

2 ways you can Find Deep peace!
We all want to have a sense of Deep Peace from time to time. A few of us like to be busy with all the hubbub, but still like to have some downtime too. This is not just our minds needing a break, it is our nervous systems, actual brain, eyes, organs, emotions, feelings, energy system... all needing a rest bit. How many of us Push past our bodies warning us that we need to take a break or rest for a wee bit?
I am just as guilty as anyone else reading this! I will be the first to admit my issue with this too. I have been open with all of you about being a workaholic that thrives on helping all of you to feel your best, right? Well, I have had to learn how to ALLOW myself to have Deep Peace.
When most think of deep peace, they imagine a spa-like treat or seeming tranquility like a Buddhist monk. This is not how it always works, is it? We get stuck in ruts. We snowball into situations. We have this thing called life that is continually changing and testing our limits. You may see a peaceful picture of a yogi in meditation. They seem completely perfect in their serenity. This could be the case, yes. It also could be that they have an internal battle going on that they are not showing externally.
Deep Peace can be a movement of enjoying a sip of your fav tea, or a nibble of your fav treat.
Peace is a mindset as well as an experience!
Having that internal battle doesn't mean you are failing ad Deep Peace!
It means you are freaking human! We all go through stuff and have trauma from one thing or another from our pasts. We all have Worries, Concerns, and Monkey Minds. So Right now, I ask you to take a deep breath and forgive yourself for those and let out the breath. Know you are doing Your Best!

#1 Taking a Moment to Experience Take that moment to enjoy your Favs. Play some mood-lifting or inspiring music. Use all of your senses!
Listen, Smell, Taste, See, Touch, BREATHE
Enjoy the moment one second at a time! Todo this: Give yourself permission to let all the concerns and worries go to the side. Feel all the ways your body is breathing. Use the senses. Just witness things for at least a FULL Min without judgment, expectations, or thoughts.
#2 Mindset to Clear Take that moment to witness things with your senses. Listen, Smell, Taste, See, Touch, BREATHE
Then scan your mind, body, space around you. No judgments, just witness. No Expectations, just experience.
Do things feel good? Do they feel icky? Do they feel happy, sad, angry, depressed, stuck, not there or missing?
Take a deep breath and go through what you can let go of right now for this moment. You can return to it later. What is not a positive feeling or sensation.
