   Experience a day retreat like no other. Little to no experience is needed, dress for outside and comfort. We will be walking some out in nature along paths, wearing appropriate clothing and foot wear is requested. Synergy will be providing Snacks and Lunch made in house from foods grown on the grounds. You may want to bring a water bottle. There will be time provided for personal contemplation and as a group. You may prefer to bring a note or sketch book. Opening ceremony begins at 10 a.m. and closing ceremony will begin at 4:00 p.m. Please arrive a few minutes early as so you may settle for your day of exploration.
