By releasing the tension found in the muscles releases the “feel good” endorphins. Flushing our the toxins and filling them up with good oxygenated blood. Resulting in the body to help repair and find comfort on its natural states of rest and motion.

Pre-Post Event / Sports Pre and post event massage or sports massage helps in preparing the body for use and healthy circulation. Post event releases the build up of endorphins and toxins from the event itself. By using massage, it helps the tired body to recover faster and with less stiffness and better range of motion. Allowing over all comfort and balance of the muscle and tendons. With the musculatory system replenished the body's circulatory and nervous systems become more balanced as well.
