I assist by guiding People through their mediation processes; so that they may find their center and gain insight on their paths. Finding center helps one to be free in accepting signs, answers, visions and more while also honoring ones self. While moving through shifts and transitions in life, it is vital to maintain a sense of balance and wholeness. Meditation assists in this balancing act without striving.
